THE BODY BY SOPH METHOD®️

A softer touch, lymphatic drainage massage with gut & colon massage finished with light, hand on belly sculpting. The Body by Soph Method®️ is a powerful, holistic treatment designed to detox the body, calm the mind & reset the nervous system. It stimulates the vagus nerve to promote deep relaxation, while gently encouraging the release of stored emotions, trapped gas, and excess fluid. By supporting the lymphatic system, this method helps eliminate toxins, infections, viruses & even cancer cells — leaving you feeling lighter, clearer & more in tune with your body.

 

This method focuses on flow, breath and balance. Every movement is intentional, designed to stimulate the lymphatic system, improve circulation, support digestion & bring the body back into a state of calm. It's not about force or pressure - it's about connection, intuition & listening to the body.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU HAVE IT? 

Frequency depends on your individual needs:

 

For General Health & Wellbeing: 1 session every 2–4 weeks to maintain healthy circulation, reduce inflammation, support immunity & encourage a balanced, energised body.

 

For Fluid Retention & Bloating: 1–2 sessions per week until symptoms improve, followed by maintenance sessions every few weeks.

 

For Menopausal Support: Hormonal shifts can slow down the lymphatic system, leading to puffiness, fatigue &bloating.

Regular sessions—every 1–2 weeks—can help reduce water retention, ease inflammation & restore balance.

 

For Post-Surgery Recovery (including aesthetic or medical surgeries): Lymphatic drainage can safely reduce swelling, support healing & prevent fluid build-up. We recommend 2–3 sessions per week initially, reducing as recovery progresses. Always follow your surgeon’s advice alongside this treatment.

 

For Deep Healing (emotional or physical trauma, chronic stress, autoimmune conditions): Weekly sessions can support the nervous system, reduce inflammation & help the body release stored tension and trauma over time.

POST TREATMENT ADVICE

Listen to your body

    Your body will always tell you                      what it needs. 

           Rest if you feel tired.

         Move gently if you feel                              energised.

     Drink when you are thirsty.

             Trust your signals. 

Support your gut

Eat simple, nourishing foods after abdominal work. Warm foods often feel easier on the digestive system.Avoid tight clothing. Wear loose clothing so fluid can move freely. 

Avoid toxins

Processed sugars heavy foods, alcohol, vaping or smoking, stressful environments, negative people & even the way we speak to ourselves. Your body is in reset mode. Keep things clean, gentle & supportive.

Light movement

A short walk, slow stretching or deep breathing helps lymph flow. Movement is medicine. 

No intense exercise straight after. Give your body time to settle & continue draining.

Natural changes

You may feel lighter, thirsty, sleepy, calm or warm. 

These are normal signs the body is processing the treatment.

Prioritise rest

 Good sleep supports both lymphatic drainage and the glymphatic system, which detoxes the brain overnight. 

Hydrate well

Sip water throughout the day. 

Hydration helps the lymphatic system clear out waste more efficiently.

Regular sessions help maintain results, reduce inflammation & support long-term wellbeing.
