Waxing is a semi-permanent hair removal technique, popular due to its longer lasting results and almost any area of the body can be waxed. It removes the hair at the follicle, allowing a slower regrowth than conventional shaving & plucking methods. Generally, hair will grow back between 4-5 weeks meaning smoother, sleeker skin for longer!

WAXING ADVICE & AFTERCARE
​
- The hair has to be 1/4 of an inch long in order for wax to remove the hair from the root. You can also compare the length of the hair to that of a grain of rice.
- For best results please exfoliate & moisturise your skin 24 hours prior to your appointment. This helps to prepare your skin, removing the dead skin cells & reducing the chance of ingrown hairs.
- Avoid using sun-beds, saunas, fake tanning products or exposing the area to the sun for at least 24 hours before & after waxing. Please bare this in mind when booking treatments in time for your holidays.
- Avoid swimming or wearing makeup for 24 hours after the treatment.
- Do not use any exfoliants, retinoids, AHAs products before your treatment.
- We advise to wear loose clothing after your treatment to avoid any friction to the area.​
