Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your treatment. If you are running more than 10 minutes late for your appointment it may not be possible to carry out the full treatment so as not to inconvenience other clients. Therefore your treatment might have to be adapted, but the full treatment cost will have to be charged.


If you have any medical information or allergies prior to your appointment please inform me at the time of booking to avoid any disappointment on the day. Clients that may have health issues e.g. blood pressure, heart conditions, skin problems, have recently undergone an operation, are on medication, are pregnant, had a cancer or have any other health worries, are advised to check with their GP before booking a treatment. For clients with serious illnesses, before I can proceed with any treatment, I ask you to provide a letter from your doctor to say that you are able to receive the specific treatment you want to have. All information is kept completely confidential. All treatment times are approximate.


Cancellations Policy


Please give us 24 hours notice for any cancellations, cancelling with less than 24 hours notice means you will have to pay the full booking price. Appointments missed will be charged at full price as well.

I understand that sometimes the inevitable can happen & clients can run a little late or cannot make their appointment, but please try & follow the Cancellations Policy.




All courses must be paid in full at time of booking & completed within 5 or 10 months & are non-refundable. Missed appointments may result in treatments deducted from your course. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.




Offers on the website & Facebook page are for a definitive period ONLY. Once the offer period has ended the treatment reverts to its normal price.




I reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the Cancellations Policy.




We accept payments by cash or card. I do not accept card payments under £50.


Gift Vouchers


A little pampering makes the perfect gift. Gift vouchers can be purchased for that special someone or occasion for any amount or a full treatment. Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for a year.  Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred. The voucher reference number must be quoted at the time of booking & the voucher must be produced on arrival otherwise treatments can not be carried out. Clients do not have to use the full value of their gift voucher during one session. Late cancellation and failure to show terms as shown above also apply to gift vouchers. Unfortunately lost vouchers cannot be replaced. Please note, gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.




To respect the relaxing environment, current health & safety regulations, I request that children & babies are not brought into the salon.
