IMPORTANT TREATMENTS INFORMATION:
- Make-up: Please do not wear make-up on the day of your treatment. - Topical Skincare: Discontinue active topical products (such as retinoids, exfoliants, topical antibiotics or hydroxy acids) 5-7 day prior to your session. - Advanced Treatments: Avoid IPL or Laser procedures for at least 2 weeks prior to your treatment. - Hair Removal: Avoid waxing, depilatory creams or electrolysis in the treatment area for 5 days prior to your treatment. - Sun Exposure: Avoid unprotected sun exposure or sunburn for at least 1 week before treatment. - Immediate & Progressive Results: You will notice a refreshed glow after your first treatment, with more significant, long-lasting skin improvements visible after a course of 3 to 6 sessions. - Course Recommendations: Courses are recommended every 1-2 week, followed by maintenance treatments every 1-3 months. It can also be enjoyed as a single stand-alone treatment. - Microneedling Complement: Nano-needling is a gentle alternative to traditional microneedling, requiring no numbing cream and zero downtime. It is also safe to perform between microneedling sessions as a maintenance booster. - Homecare: Combining your sessions with medical-grade home skincare helps further enhance and maintain your results. - Mild Reactions: Some clients may experience mild temporary redness, flushing or a tight feeling, which typically subside within a few hours. - Product Sensitivity: As with any topical application, there is a small risk of individual reaction to active mesotherapy products. Individual responses and skin outcomes vary from client to client.
CONTRAINDICATIONS TO NANO-INFUSION TREATMENT:
The following conditions may prevent or restrict treatment. We will conduct a full consultation prior to your first appointment, but please contact us in advance if any of the following apply to you: - Anti-Ageing Injections & Injectables: Wait 1 week before and a minimum of 2 weeks after treatment. - Dermal Fillers: Wait 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after fillers are placed. - Facial Surgery: Treatment can proceed once the skin has fully recovered (typically 6 months, with full clearance from your GP). - Recent Invasive Treatments: Wait until skin has fully recovered following laser, IPL or chemical skin treatments. - Active Cold Sores: Prophylactic anti-viral medication taken 3-7 days prior to treatment can help reduce the risk of an outbreak. - Active Acne & Skin Conditions: Active breakouts, open wounds or inflammatory skin conditions in the treatment area. - Pregnancy & Breastfeeding - Prescription Acne Medication: Oral or topical acne medications that thin the skin. - Medical Conditions: Keloid scarring, diabetes, haemophilia or blood disorders, anticoagulant therapy or unmanaged systemic conditions under active medical care.
POST TREATMENT ADVICE:
- Hygiene: Use a fresh, clean pillowcase and fresh towels following your session. - Make-up: Avoid wearing make-up or touching the skin for 24 hours. Ensure all cosmetic brushes and sponges are thoroughly cleaned before reapplication. - Exercise & Heat: Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, steam rooms and swimming for at least 48 hours after treatment. - Active Skincare: Pause active skincare ingredients (including AHAs/BHAs, exfoliants, Vitamin A & Retinol) for 3-5 days post-treatment. - Fragrance: Avoid fragranced facial products for 48 hours to prevent skin irritation. - Sun & Extreme Temperatures: Avoid direct sunbed or sun exposure and extreme heat for 10 days post-treatment. Always apply a daily broad-spectrum SPF 50. - Hair Removal: Avoid electrolysis, waxing, bleaching, depilatory creams or laser hair removal for at least 72 hours. - Support: Please report any unexpected reactions or concerns to your therapist promptly or seek medical attention.
