SPORTS MASSAGE / DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Sports Massage tends to be more intense with firmer pressure. The treatment involves sports massage wax for more controlled performance & combination of other techniques involving stretching, compression, friction & trigger point therapy techniques for more effective knots & tension reduction.

Sports Massage Wax is excellent for muscles & skin and is used by many therapists involved in sports & remedial work. It contains a combination of Lemon, Manuka, Hypericum & Calendula essential oils.

PRE OR POST NATAL MASSAGE

This deeply relaxing & nurturing massage uses traditional Swedish techniques to reduce tension & soothe the aches and pains related with pregnancy. Lymphatic Drainage techniques which are incorporated in this treatment, help to clear swelling in the hands & feet. Natural richness of Songbird Bee Balm used during the treatment will help with stretch marks both pre & post natally and leave your skin deeply nourished.
